1 Introduction

By registering on baji222, you confirm that you meet all eligibility requirements and that the information you provide is accurate and complete. Providing false eligibility information is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.

3 Account Registration

Each person is permitted to hold only one baji222 account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different devices or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these Terms.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information including your full name, date of birth, email address, and phone number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. baji222 is not responsible for any issues arising from outdated or incorrect account information.

• Use a strong, unique password for your baji222 account and do not share it with anyone.
• Do not allow any other person to access or use your account.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared devices.
• Notify baji222 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials.

baji222 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason.

4 Account Verification (KYC)

baji222 is required to verify the identity of its members as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations. Verification may be requested at any time, including before processing a withdrawal, after a certain deposit threshold is reached, or if unusual account activity is detected.

You may be asked to provide one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months)

Withdrawals:

• Verified accounts typically receive withdrawals within 15 minutes during business hours.
• baji222 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing large withdrawals.
• Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements being met in full.

baji222 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending investigation if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

baji222 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of each promotion as well as these general bonus rules. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. The standard wagering requirement is 10x the bonus amount on sports betting markets with odds of 1.50 or higher.
• Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated in the promotion. Expired bonuses are forfeited automatically.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per member, per household, and per IP address.
• baji222 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash directly.
• If a withdrawal is requested before wagering requirements are met, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

baji222 takes bonus abuse seriously. Any member found to be exploiting promotions — including through multi-accounting, arbitrage betting with bonus funds, or coordinated wagering — will have their bonus cancelled, their account suspended, and any winnings derived from the abuse forfeited.

7 Betting Rules

All bets placed on baji222 are subject to these general betting rules as well as any sport-specific or market-specific rules that apply. By placing a bet, you confirm that you understand and accept the applicable rules.

• Bets are final once confirmed. baji222 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except in cases of obvious technical error.
• baji222 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were clearly incorrect due to a technical error or human error in odds compilation.
• Bets on events that are abandoned, postponed, or cancelled will be voided and stakes returned, unless the event is rescheduled and completed within 48 hours.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to the live odds available at the time of placement. Bets placed after an event has concluded will be voided.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. baji222 reserves the right to limit bet sizes for individual members at its discretion.
• Winnings from voided bets are not payable. Only the original stake is returned.

baji222 uses independent odds compilers and automated systems to set and update odds. While every effort is made to ensure accuracy, errors can occur. baji222 is not liable for losses resulting from bets placed on incorrect odds that were subsequently corrected.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on baji222. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities.

• Opening or operating more than one baji222 account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, software bugs, or system vulnerabilities.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any form of sports corruption.
• Colluding with other members to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotions.
• Laundering money or using baji222 for any illegal financial activity.
• Accessing baji222 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Allowing a minor (under 18) to access or use your baji222 account.

baji222 employs advanced fraud detection systems and cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies. Any suspicious activity is investigated thoroughly, and baji222 reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation for as long as necessary.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

baji222 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member account at any time, with or without prior notice, if there is reasonable cause to believe that the member has breached these Terms or engaged in prohibited activity.

Members may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting baji222 support. Upon closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of any bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to the member's verified payment method within 5 business days.

• Accounts suspended for Terms violations may have their balance withheld pending investigation.
• Accounts closed due to confirmed fraud will have their balance forfeited in full.
• Self-excluded accounts cannot be reopened during the chosen exclusion period.
• baji222 will provide written notification of account closure where possible, except in cases of urgent fraud prevention.

10 Responsible Gaming
